The Cove's Policy
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $15 fee, and deposits will be forfeited unless the appointment is rescheduled for services within the next five days. Clients who arrive late will have a 10-minute grace period; thereafter, a $15 late fee will be applied, and appointments may be canceled. No-shows will forfeit their deposits, and repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future services.

Allergies- Please inform us of allergies or sensitivities of any kind
Medical Conditions-If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a Pacemaker or disease of the lymphatic system , kidney or liver you are not eligible for laser lipo or cavitation
Medications-Any use of dermatologist prescribed medication must be cleared prior to your appointment. The Tranquil Cove Med and Beauty Spa will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will promptly address your concerns so that you may continue to be a satisfied customerÂ
